TruHealer.ai provides an immersive mixed reality medical training platform that combines AI-powered virtual patients with realistic clinical scenarios to enhance healthcare education. The Service is designed for educational purposes only and is not intended for actual patient care or clinical decision-making.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate credentials, maintain account confidentiality, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized server access, reverse engineer software, or use simulated outputs to perform live medical diagnoses on human patients.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, graphics, virtual patient models, and trademarks are the intellectual property of TruHealer.ai and protected by international copyright laws.
6. Educational Purpose Disclaimer
The Service is intended strictly for simulation and educational training. It is not a replacement for accredited medical degree programs or supervised clinical practice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TruHealer.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
